Graphics Tab
Use the following options to adjust the print quality for
your specific printing needs.
Font/Text
• Darken Text: Use this option to increase the
darkness of the text in your document.
• All Text Black: All text in your document prints solid
black, regardless of the color it appears on the
screen.
• Advanced: Use this option to set font options. True
Type fonts can be downloaded as Outline or Bitmap
Images or printed as Graphics. Select the Use
Printer Fonts option if the fonts do not require
downloading and the printer fonts should be used.
Toner Save
Selecting this option extends the life of your print cartridge and reduces your cost per page without a
significant reduction in print quality.
Advanced Tab
You can select Advanced output options for your
document, such as watermarks or overlay text.
Watermark
This option allows you to print text over an existing
document. There are several predefined watermarks that
come with the printer which can be modified, or you can
add new ones to the list.
Using an Existing Watermark
Select the required watermark from the Watermark drop-
down list. You will see the selected watermark in the
preview image.
Creating a Watermark
1. Select 0Edit from the Watermark drop-down list. The Edit Watermark window appears.
2. Enter a text message in the Watermark Message box. You can enter up to 40 characters. The
message displays in the preview window. When the First Page Only box is checked, the watermark
prints on the first page only.
