5. Press the up/down arrows to highlight the option required and press OK.
6. Press the up/down arrows to highlight the setting required or enter the correct information using
the keypad.
7. Press OK to save the selection.
8. Continue customizing the Machine Settings as required, then press Stop to return to ready mode.
Paper Settings
After loading paper in the paper tray, set the paper size and type using the control panel. These
settings will apply to Copy and Fax modes.
1. Press Machine Status on the control panel.
2. Press the up/down arrows to highlight System Setup and press OK.
3. Enter the Administrator’s Password using the keypad. Refer to Accessing the Setup Options on
page 128 for instructions.
4. Press the up/down arrows to highlight Paper Settings and press OK.
Auto Continue This option enables the machine
to continue printing even if it
detects a mismatch between the
paper size set and the paper size
in the tray.

to switch between trays if both
trays have the same size of
paper and a tray becomes
empty.
