4. Remove:
• throttle stop screw  (with spring,
washer and o-ring)
• pilot air screw  (with spring)
5. Remove:
• spring seat 
• jet needle 
• throttle valve 
• throttle valve spring

1. Check:
• carburetor body 
Dirty

Clean
NOTE:
For cleaning, use a petrol based solvent. Clean
the pipes and jets with compressed air
2. Check:
• main jet 
• needle jet 
• pilot jet 

3. Check:
• needle valve 
Wear/Dirty

Clean
• float 
Damage
