4. Remove:
throttle stop screw (with spring,
washer and o-ring)
• pilot air screw (with spring)
5. Remove:
• spring seat
• jet needle
• throttle valve
• throttle valve spring

CHECKING THE CARBURETOR
1. Check:
• carburetor body
Dirty

Clean
NOTE:
For cleaning, use a petrol based solvent. Clean
the pipes and jets with compressed air
2. Check:
• main jet
• needle jet
• pilot jet
Dirty

Clean
3. Check:
• needle valve
Wear/Dirty

Clean
• float
Damage

Change
• gasket Damage

Change
