REMOVING THE FRONT FORK LEGS
1. Place the scooter on its central stand and
place an adequate support under the engi-
ne
2. Remove:
• brake calipers
Refer to “FRONT BRAKE REMOVAL” sec-
tion.
3. Remove:
• front fender
• front wheel
See “FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL” section.
4. Remove:
• front upper cowling
Refer to “FRONT BODYWORK, MUD-
GUARD” in chapter 3.
5. Loosen:
• pinch bolt (fork)
6. Remove:
• circlip
• front fork

DISASSEMBLING THE FRONT FORK LEGS
1. Remove:
• rubber cap
• circlip
• spring stopper
• collar
• fork spring
2. Drain:
• fork oil
3. Remove:
• dust seal
• circlip
