ASSEMBLING THE SECONDARY SHEAVE
1. Lubricate:
• secondary fixed sheave’s inner surface
• secondary sliding sheave’s inner surface
2. Install:
• secondary sliding sheave
NOTE:
Take care that the lips of the oil seals do not
turn when the pulley wheel is installed.
3. Install:
• guide pin
4. Lubricate:
• guide pin groove
• oil seal
(with the recommended lubricant)
5. Install:
• secondary sheave complete
• spring
• clutch carrier
• spacer (diameter = 30 mm, thickness = 2 ~
3 mm)
NOTE:
Attach the clutch spring holder and clutch
spring holder arm onto the secondary she-
ave as shown. Then, compress the spring, and
tighten the clutch securing nut .
