INSTALLING THE FRONT FORK LEGS
Reverse the removal procedure.
The following points should be remembered
1. Install:
• front fork
• circlip
NOTE:
Attach the circlip correctly on the inner tube
groove.
2. Tighten:
• pinch bolt (steering bracket):
3. Install:
• front wheel
• brake calliper
• brake hose holder
• speed sensor coupler

• front mudguard
Refer to “FRONT BODYWORK MUD-
GUARD” in chapter 3.
Pinch bolt (steering bracket)
30 Nm (3.0 m • kg)
Wheel axle
47.5 Nm (4.75 m • kg)
