6. Tighten:
• clutch securing nut
use sheave holder 
spanner (41 mm)
7. Install:
• dowel pin
• gasket
• secondary assembly 
• clutch housing 
8. Tighten:
• nut  (secondary sheave)

ASSEMBLING THE PRIMARY SHEAVE
1. Clean:
• primary sliding sheave face 
• primary fixed sheave face 
• collar 
• primary sheave weights 
• primary sliding sheave cam surface 
2. Install:
• primary sheave weights 
• cam 
• slider 
• collar 
NOTE:
Before installing the primary sheave weights,
lubricate the inside and outside of each
weight.
