Configuration procedure
1) Configure IP addresses
Configure the IP address for each interface as per
Figure 1-8. The detailed configuration steps are
omitted.
2) Configure Router A
Enable IP multicast routing, enable PIM-DM on each interface, and enable IGMP on Ethernet 1/1. The
detailed configuration steps are omitted.
3) Configure Switch A
# Create VLAN 100 and add GigabitEthernet 1/0/1 through GigabitEthernet 1/0/3 to VLAN 100.
z Select Network > VLAN in the navigation tree and click the Create tab to enter the configuration
page shown in
Figure 1-9.
