Setting the parameters
1. Power up the drive.
2. If no warning is shown,
•
make sure that the value of both parameters 15.01 Extension module type and
15.02 Detected extension module is CAIO-01.
If warning A7AB Extension I/O configuration failure is shown,
•
make sure that the value of 15.02 is CAIO-01.
•
set the value of parameter 15.01 to CAIO-01.
You can now see the parameters of the extension module in group 15 I/O extension
module.
3. Set the parameters of analog inputs AI3, AI4, AI5 or analog outputs AO3 or AO4 to
applicable values, see the firmware manual.
Example: To connect supervision 1 to AI3 of the extension module:
•
Select the mode of the supervision function (32.05 Supervision function 1).
•
Set limits for the supervision function (32.09 Supervision 1 low and 32.10 Supervision
1 high).
•
Select the supervision action (32.06 Supervision 1 action).
•
Connect 32.07 Supervision 1 signal to 15.52 AI3 scaled value.
