4.2.8 Source and Measurement Timing

The Auto Range Delay function is enabled only in the current measurement (IM) auto range.
It does not work in the fixed range or voltage measurement (VM).
The Auto Range Delay (Tar) is set as a value with respect to the 3 A range. For other ranges, the values
in 1/10 multiples are set, as shown in the table below.

Calculate the Tar setting using the expression below.
Tar = = 16666C

Tar = 16666 1 F = 16.6 ms
Set Tar = 16.6 ms
