The base value setting is different depending on
whether UNIT is specified or not.
With UNIT ... Automatically sets the optical
range.
Available unit:
UV,MV,V,UA,MA,A
Without UNIT ...Sets the present function and
range.
When setting a unit that is different from that of the
present source function, an error occurs.
For the pulse sweep mode, set the pulse sweep base
value.
