Code “000000” should be acceptable for the most users/companies as the default destination code. Anyway
that can be tweaked modifying the TC-430™ configuration (please refer to Aesys® customer service for
further details about that).
7.2.4 Inversions
An inversion is an association between two destinations, which tells that a destination is the opposite of the
another one.
Inversions definition is made using Aesys® Verba 2014™ [1] and it is stored in the data file being loaded by
the control unit.
The current destination can “inverted” (that is its “opposite” can be recalled) by simply pressing “Inversion” on
TC-430™ main screen. If the current destination can be “inverted”, then the opposite destination is set as the
current destination; otherwise the operation produces no effects.
The feature could be really useful for handling scenarios in which a destination represent the terminus of a
service line and the opposite destination represents the destination corresponding to the other terminus of
the line. Bus shuttles continuously serving the same line can quickly switch their destination by simply
pressing “Inv” on the main screen.
7.2.5 Info messages
Info messages are intended for publication on internal LED signs and are generally used for share with
passengers relevant notices or info about the service offered.
The list of available info messages is accessed by selecting “Info” from the TC-430™ main screen or by
selecting “Menu
Service menu
Select info message”. The screen in Figure 23 is shown.
Figure 23: Info message selection
Info message selection, filtering, confirmation and clearage follows the same directions described in
paragraph 7.2 regarding destination selection.
Once an info message is confirmed, then it is reported on the TC-430™ main screen (Figure 24).
