Soft key labeled “None” enables/disables the power saving mode at all.
If power saving is enabled, then the interval of time (starting from bus engine switch-off) after which displays
enter the power saving mode can be configured dragging the slider shown in Figure 71 (or by pressing “-”
and “+” soft keys for respectively decreasing and increasing the interval of time).
Changes are immediately applied (so there is no need to press any “Ok” button): simply press “Back” for
confirming settings and exiting the menu.
9.4.4 Internal signs enabling
If signs local settings override is enabled (paragraph 9.4.1) then internal LED signs can be explictly enabled
or disabled by accessing “Setup

If a sign is disabled then it is not managed at all by the system: disabling internal signs may be useful when
loading to the TC-430 an old-style TRX file, which always assumes that an internal displays named “D” is
installed on the system. If it is not the case then internal signs management can be safely disabled in order
to get rid of warning messages about the missing display.
9.4.5 Dash sign
Dash sign can be enabled or disabled depending on its real availability within the bus equipment. Dash sign
