Hitting Stopcauses the recording to be stopped: TC-430™ ask for the path and the file name to store the
trace to (an USB mass storage connected to the control unit is requested for complete this step): a default
.j1708” file extension is appended automatically to the selected file name.
An on-going recording can be aborted (stopped and its content discarded) by holding the Stopbutton for a
while until the corresponding animation completes.
9.9 Control unit
9.9.1 Language
TC-430™ language can be configured accessing “Setup
Control unit
Language” (Figure 109).
Figure 109: System language
The option Automatic language (from file)can be selected for using the language specified by the data file
currently being loaded on TC-430™.
Be aware!
For retro-compatibility reasons the full set of languages originally supported by Aesys® KC-640™
control units is shown, but at the moment of writing only English, Italian and Spanish languages are
truly supported: selecting a language different from one of those will lead the control unit to use English
instead.
9.9.2 Mode
TC-430™ can work in various modes depending on the context/customer where it is to be used.
The mode to be applied can be selected by accessingSetup
Control unit
Mode” (Figure 113).
