7.3 NextStop mode
While in NextStop, the TC-430™ is normally used for recognizing a given path or an entire service (a trip, a
roadmap or a workshift).
Figure 31 shows the main screen of TC-430™ while in NextStop mode: soft keys report the most important
functions offered by the active mode (all remaining functions can be accessed via “Menu” button).

Typical functions of Route/destination mode (see paragraph 7.2) are also accessible while in NextStop
mode, via Dest”, Inversion”, Info”, P/R soft keys on main screen or via Menu” button (for all other
functions).
7.3.1 Service selection
The service to be executed by the bus can be selected by choosing a workshift, a roadmap or a single trip
(please refer to [1] for further details about service definition) or a simple path.
A workshift is selected by pressing “WShift” or selecting “Menu
Service menu
Select workshift”. The list
of workshifts available in the current day is shown on screen (Figure 32).
