6 If a Reference Index has been defined for the IRTS, then all following
time-based cuts automatically get the Reference Index value and are so linked
to IRTS with this index.

The Reference Factor can be setup up for the case where RT shifts are not
linear (e.g. a shift by 1 min with a factor of 2 would shift the time-based peaks
by 2 min).
