2D-LC Data Analysis/Data Evaluation for MassHunter
Automated File Splitting
To automatically generate the correct cutting sequence after each 2D-LC
measurement, in the Method Editor start the 2D-LC File Splitter Automation
function.

1 Select the check box 2D-LC File Splitter Automation in Method Editor > DA.
This selection will automatically generate the correct cutting sequence after
each 2D-LC measurement.
[OPTIONAL]
2 Select the check box Generate 2D-LC report.
This selection will generate a special 2D-LC report.
