The no form of the command resets the allow-ip-int-binding flag on the VPLS service. If the VPLS
service currently has an IP interface from an IES service attached, the no allow-ip intbinding
command will fail. Once the allow-ip-int-binding flag is reset on the VPLS service, the configuration
restrictions associated with setting the flag are removed.
