Logix5550 to Logix5550 Controller:
Unscheduled Messaging
About the Example Application
This example application sends an unscheduled message from one
Logix5550 controller to another Logix5550 controller. Both controllers are
on the same ControlNet but in different chassis. In both chassis the
controller is in slot 0 and the 1756-CNB module is in slot 1. The 1756-CNB
modules are configured at node addresses 1 and 6, respectively. A Timer
provides the test data for the message.
