6-14 Logix5550 Controller to PLC-5C: Scheduled Communications
The following pop-up window will appear:
8. Select “Optimize and re-write schedule for all connections” and click
on OK.
9. Close the PLC-5 ControlNet Configuration window and Minimize the
RSNetWorx for ControlNet software.
Test the Communications
You now have the ControlNet network commissioned. Your last task is to
go online with the PLC-5C to test the communications.
1. Start the RSLogix5 software.
2. From the Comms menu, select System Comms.
The System Options window will appear with the System
Communications tab open.
3. Select AB_KTC-1 as the Driver and click on the Who Active button.
