STEP 4: Insert the USB in USB port and wait for the upgrade confirmation message to show up.

STEP 5: Press Upgrade to initiate the process.

STEP 6: A1 will reboot automatically once the upgrade process is completed. Please go to Menu > Settings > About to

confirm the firmware versions of printer and of printhead are both updated.
