Wear of the inner rivet head:
Due to possible interference between the inner components of the primary mass with the rivets which
connect the primary with the secondary mass an additional visual and dimensional inspection is
required.

Measurement of the rivet height:
The height of the rivet heads left must not
be less than 1,5mm. Therefore measure at
minimum four of the eight rivet heads. If
the heights mean value is less than 1,5mm
the Two Mass Flywheel can not be qualified
for further use.
Consider to measure only the worn
surface of the river head.
