Wavelet Kits
Each Wavelet Kit, composed of a Wavelet device and smart sensors, is targeted at a specific need in the
infrastructure sector. The intended usage dictates the type of sensors included in the kit. Ayyeka offers various kits
in each of the following categories:
Water
Wastewater
Environmental
Oil & Gas
Industrial
Wavelet Device
The Wavelet device periodically samples the connected sensors and transmits the data to the Ayyeka cloud or to
your on-premises server. The device supports 2G, 3G, LTE (4G), CDMA, LPWAN, Satellite, and Bluetooth low-energy
networks, and can interchangeably use the strongest available cellular signal.
The Wavelet device is powered by a field-replaceable internal battery that provides
3,500+ transmissions. Alternatively, the device can be connected to an external battery,
solar panel or permanent power source.
The Wavelet device can be mounted in various ways, including:
Affixed to a pipe, using the supplied zip ties
Affixed to a wall, using the supplied four screws and anchors
Hung on a wall, using one of the supplied screws and anchors
Sensor Integration
Each Wavelet device has three sensor connector ports and supports any combination of the following types of
sensors:
Serial
Analog
Discrete
The specific types of sensors and sensor connectors in a kit depend on the kit type.
