Modifications

No Ayyeka Technologies reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or

addition

to this Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the

remaining terms

shall not be affected or impaired. This Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws

of the country in which

the Wavelet Kit purchase took place. Ayyeka Technologies or its successor in title is the

warrantor under this Warranty.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Israel without regard to conflict

of law

provisions, and only the competent courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel shall have jurisdiction in any conflict or

dispute arising out

of this Agreement. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the

International Sale of Goods is

expressly excluded herein. The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted

hereunder or to take action against

the other party in the event of any breach hereunder shall not be deemed

a waiver by that party as to subsequent

enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future

breaches.
