Situation Solution
Error appears on up to 4 laser
driver boards in the same
LDM: Defective LDM main
board.
This error will appear alongside with a yellow or even red taillight on the
projector.
Replace the entire LDM. See service procedure “Replacing a Laser Drive
Module”, page 56.
Error appears on every laser
driver board that is physically
present in the LDM: Projector
is operating out of spec
This error will appear alongside with a yellow or red taillight on the
projector.
The projector’s is operating on a power higher than prescribed in the spec
and on the safety label. Make sure the supplied power is within spec.
If the problem persists, perform a test on your electrical circuit and check
for recurring voltage spikes. Make the necessary adjustments to your
electrical circuit to remove or filter out these spikes.
Code 20327: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 2 drain voltage too high”
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code 20323: “LDM 1-3 – LLS bank 1
drain voltage too high”.
Code 20331: “LDM 1-3 – LLS bank 3 drain voltage too high”
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code 20323: “LDM 1-3 – LLS bank 1
drain voltage too high”.
Code 20335: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 1 current too high”
Situation Solution
Malfunction LDM board Replace LDM board. See service procedure “Replacing a Laser Drive
Module”, page 56.
Code 20339: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 2 current too high”
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code 20335: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 1
current too high”.
Code 20343: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 3 current too high”
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code 20335: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 1
current too high”.
Code 20359: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 1 temperature too high”
Situation Solution
This error appears alone:
Insufficient cooling of light
source
• Check the Cooling fluid level. Add in cooling fluid to the light source if
the level is too low.
• Clean the front filter or replace with new one. See “Maintenance
procedures”, page 291.
Error appears alongside other
cooling related errors
Resolve cooling related errors first.
Code 20360: “LDM 1-2 – LLS bank 1 temperature sensor shorted”
Situation Solution
Wiring issue Check / reseat the cable between the LDM board and the LLS. If problem
persists, replace the cable.
