Code 21353: “lpt 1 - lls bank 9 avg voltage too low”
Situation Solution
Wiring issue. Check / reseat the wiring between the Peltier Control Board and the small
interconnection boards of the Light Source. Replace the wiring if
necessary.

Code 21366: “LCM1 – Not configured (no communication)”
Situation Solution
No connection with Fan
Interconnection Board
Check / reseat all the wiring of the Light Source Fan Interconnection Board
on top of the light source.
First install of Light Source Upgrade the software. See procedure “Software update via Communicator
(DC update companion)”, page 249.
