Code 21373: “LCB – +12v too low”
Situation Solution
In combination with +24V
errors: Bad wiring connection
Check connector J900 on the LCB and the LDM (slot 7). Make sure the
cable is properly seated. If problem persists, replace the cable.
In combination with +24V
errors: Defective +24V module
Replace the +24V module in the LDM (slot 7). See service procedure
“Replacing a driver board in an LDM unit”, page 48.
This error alone, or in
combination with other LCB-
related errors: Malfunction
LCB.
Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure “Replacing
the Laser Control Board (LCB)”, page 64
Code 21376: “LCB – +12v too high”
Situation Solution
Malfunction LCB. Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure “Replacing
the Laser Control Board (LCB)”, page 64
Code 21380: “LLS – Combiner bottom safety switch (brown) open”
Situation Solution
The Light Source is not
correctly installed
Check if the Light Source is properly installed. Make sure that the fixation
screws are fastened.
If problem persists, carefully remove the Light source up and install it
again. Make sure the light source is properly mounted this time. For
instructions on how to remove and install the light source, see service
chapter “Laser Phosphor Light Source”, page 59.
Safety switches disconnected Check / Reseat the Safety Switches connector on the Laser Control Board
(connector J501).
If problem persists, replace the wire unit.
Malfunction LCB Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure “Replacing
the Laser Control Board (LCB)”, page 64
Code 21384: “LLS – combiner top safety switch (red) open”
Situation Solution
The Light Source is not
