2. Cut the cable ties holding the Light Source wiring to the Interconnection Board cover (reference 1, Image 7-
24).

3. Release the Phosphor Wheel Interconnection Board Cover. Use a PH1 Phillips screwdriver to loosen the 4
screws.

4. Disconnect all wiring from the Interconnection Board.
5. Replace the Interconnection Board as illustrated. Use a PH1 Phillips screwdriver to loosen and tighten the
screws.
