Required parts
• Cooling liquid provided by Barco
• A clean funnel
• Dry cloth
How to refill
1. Remove all side covers and back cover.
2. Loosen the set screws, holding the Light Source onto the projector frame (reference 1, Image 8-2). Use a flat
screwdriver to loosen the screws.

3. Carefully remove the light source until the reservoir cap is fully accessible.
Caution: Make sure the LDM wiring does not get damaged by removing the light source. Take a look
at the wiring on the backside of the light source while removing the light source. If the wiring gets too
tight, remove the LDM wiring.
4. Open filler cap by turning it anti clockwise.

5. Place a clean funnel in the reservoir.
6. Fill the reservoir with cooling liquid until the level is equal with the 600 indication on the reservoir.
7. Remove the funnel and close the reservoir again. Turn the filler cap clockwise to close the reservoir.
8. Push the light source back inwards and tighten the two set screws.
9. If removed, reinstall all LDM wiring again.
