3.15.25 SDIx Connector Protocol
Default: Legacy SDI Protocol
Selections:
– Legacy SDI Protocol
– SDI2 Protocol
Use this parameter to configue the SDIx connector and terminals for either SDI protocol or
SDI2 protocol.
Set this parameter to Legacy SDI Protocol to connect Legacy keypads (D1255 VFD keypad,
D1260 LCD keypad, D1265 LCD keypad, and D125xRB keypads) and D9210C Access Control
Interface modules to the SDIx connector and terminals.
Set this parameter to SDI2 Protocol to connect B Series keypads and modules, and other SDI2
devices to the SDIx connector and terminals..

3.15.26 Ground Fault Detection
Default: Enable
Selections:

This parameter enables the control panel to detect ground faults on Terminals 1 to 9 and 11 to
30.
Notice!
UL 864 Commercial Fire Systems requirement
To comply with UL 864 requirements for Commercial Fire Systems, set this parameter to
Enable.
When circuit impedance to earth ground is less than a predefined value, the control panel
sends a report to the central station receiver. The control panel also detects and annunciates
ground faults on any device connected to it. When the control panel recognizes that the
ground fault condition is corrected, and remains corrected for between 5 to 45 consecutive
seconds, it sends a Restoral report.
