IP Addressing
The IP address and default gateway can be either dynamically or statically
configured. In Layer 2, a static IP address is configured on the
IPv4 Interface Page
.
The Management VLAN is set to VLAN 1 by default, but can be modified.
The
IPv4 Interface Page
contains fields for assigning IPv4 addresses. Packets are
forwarded to the default IP when frames are sent to a remote network. The
configured IP address must belong to the same IP address subnet of one of the IP
interfaces.
