3.5 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION, SELECTOR SHAFT OIL SEAL
Removing selector shaft oil seal
1. Mark the position of the shifting arm (1)
relative to the selector shaft (17).
2. Remove the selector shaft lever with the
gearbox control attached to it. If necessary,
disconnect the torque rod.
3. Remove the rubber sleeve (2).
4. Drain the air reservoirs and remove the air
connection from the selector shaft housing.
5. Remove the bleed control valve and pin (16).
