Enables/disables ISBT128 concatenation of 2 labels.
ISBT 128 Concatenation = Disable
ISBT128 Concatenation = Enable

Specifies the concatenation mode between Static and Dynamic.
ISBT 128 Concatenation Mode = Static
ISBT 128 Concatenation Mode = Dynamic
