STO means that Channel 1 and Channel 2 enable Safe Torque Off at the same time.
STO1 indicates that the difference between Channel 1 and Channel 2 is too large, and Channel 1
is active. Check the external wiring.
STO2 indicates that the difference between Channel 1 and Channel 2 is too large, and Channel 2
is active. Check the external wiring.
STL1 indicates Channel 1 internal circuit detected abnormal.
STL2 indicates Channel 2 internal circuit detected abnormal.
