AC reactor
Connected in series between the power supply and the input side of the drive, the main functions of
AC reactors are as follows:
1. Lower the harmonic generated from the drive while increasing the impedance of the power
supply side.
2. Absorb and weaken the impact of the surge voltage/ current generated from nearby equipment,
and the surge voltage of the main power supply on the drive.
3. Improve power factors.
