5. Troubleshooting

Procedure
A
Connect the machine and the computer with a USB cable.

Turn on the machine.

If [Found New Hardware] appears, click [Cancel] to close it.
D
If any printers other than the machine are connected to the computer, disconnect their USB cables.
E
Click [Desktop].

Right-click the [Start] button, and then click [Device Manager].

If the [User Account Control] window appears, click [Continue].
[Device Manager] appears.

From the [View] menu, click [Show hidden devices].

In the list, nd [Printers] or [Other devices], and then double-click it.
J
Under the selected item, select the name of the model you are using or [Unknown device].
K
From the [Action] menu, click [Uninstall].
L
In the [Conrm Device Uninstall] window, click [OK].
M
Close Device Manager.

Disconnect the USB cable that connects the machine and the computer.
O
Restart Windows.

Uninstall the driver.
