Preamp Outputs
To connect a preamp output to Pro Tools:
■ Connect the line level output of each preamp
to the corresponding inputs on your Pro Tools
audio interface.
You might want to route the preamp numbers
to the corresponding input numbers on a
Pro Tools audio interface.
For more flexibility, it is recommended that you
connect these preamps to a patch bay that will
enable you to make connections and configura-
tions with more flexibility than would “hard-
wiring” preamp channels to Pro Tools audio in-
terface channels.
