Configuration
Using the parameter "Freigaberel." (menu 6-3), the two semiconductor relays which are otherwise used for
coolingviaPWM(PulseWidthModulation)canbeswitchedto“Enable”operation.
Ifthe"Freigaberel." parameter is set to "ON", the two semiconductor relays are continuously switched on
(enable granted) and the associated status LED lights if the controller signals a refrigeration requirement.
The two semiconductor relays are switched off again (enable withdrawn) if there is no refrigeration
requirement. In addition, the coding switch 6 of the DIP switch S3 must be set to OFF; for details, see
chapter Function of the analogue outputs 0..10 V.
If the parameter "Freigaberel." is set to "OFF", the two semiconductor relays cycle (factory setting); for
details, see chapter Control of the expansion valves).
ATTENTION
Dangerduetoliquidrefrigerantonthesuctionsideofthecompressor!The superheat control is
only performed via the analogue outputs! If the wiring is incorrect, there is a risk of liquid refrigerant
escaping from the evaporator!
When implementing a standalone application with compressor control on the case side, a protective

installed!Thecompressorsare“onlyenabled”bythecasecontroller.
