always be set to a plausible value.
5.7.10 Humidity control
Only UA 400 E CC / UA 410 E AC and only UR 141 NE / UR 141 TE
The controller type UR 141 NE / UR 141 TE can be used to dehumidify the room air in an NT/LT room. A basic
principleoftheregulationis“temperaturebeforehumidity”,i.e.maintainingtheroomtemperatureisprioritised.
The following settings need to be made for regulation:
Controller type is UR 141 NE / UR 141 TE
Single-zone operation is parametrised (menu 6-1) so that the semiconductor relay EEV2 (terminals 33/34;
see chapter Terminalassignmentofthe230VACrelayoutputs) is available for the switching of the heating
circuit regulation Heating circuit control.
The"Heatg.Circuit"parametermustbesettoavalueotherthan"–"
The relative humidity is measured using a humidity sensor via the second analogue input (11/14; for details,
see chapter Terminalassignmentofthe4..20mAanalogueinputs) and parametrised in menu 6-2-6
(parameter "Fkt. AIN2" = "Feuchte"). The humidity sensor used must have a linear characteristic curve. The
following applies: 4 mA corresponds to 0% relative humidity, 20 mA corresponds to 100% relative humidity!
The determined humidity value is used within the case controller for regulation and is also recorded in the
system centre / store computer. There is no alarm signalling with regard to the measured humidity.
The humidity setpoint (switching threshold) and the associated Humidity Hyst parameter (menu 6-3) are used
for humidity control. If the switching threshold + hysteresis is exceeded by the humidity actual value, the
heating circuit is switched on. The heating circuit is switched off if the switching threshold is undercut.
Regardless of the status of the heating and the measured actual value of the humidity, the cooling remains
solely bound to the setpoints specified by the user. This means in particular that the cooling is switched on
when the setpoint + hysteresis is exceeded and switched off when the setpoint is undercut.
If the participating case controllers are connected to a pack without E*LDS pack control, then further
setting need to be made.
