Procedure
Obey below procedure to clean the optical cell:
1. Turn OFF the Vacuum source and allow the instrument to return to ambient.
2. Turn OFF the instrument.
3. Open the lid of the instrument to access the Optical Bench (refer to Section 2.1, Opening the
Instrument).
4. Loosen the tube collet from the detector side of the measurement cell cover (Optical Cell).

5. Remove the two screws holding the detector block to the Optical Bench.
