8. Pull the tube cover back away from the lamp block and carefully remove the measurement cell
(glass) slowly moving side to side and pulling out.

9. Inspect the tube for any particulate matter deposited on the inner walls of the measurement cell
(glass). If any residue is detected, the entire pneumatic system should be cleaned.
Note: Do not clean the Ozone scrubber.
10. Clean the measurement cell (glass) by swabbing with clean, soapy water in both directions. Rinse
in deionised water and in isopropyl alcohol.
11. Dry the measurement cell (glass) with clean dry oil free air.
Note: No lint, grease or particulate matter should be present after cleaning the measurement cell.
12. Assemble the tube cover and tube collet again into the measurement cell (glass) and carefully
re-assemble into lamp block.
Note: Make sure O-ring is available in the casing and lamp block.
13. Push the measurement cell (glass) till the end of lamp block than again pull back ¼”.
14. Re-assemble both the retaining screws in cover collet.
15. Re-assemble the Detector Block by slowly moving it into measurement cell (glass) until the
detector block hole get align with those on the Optical Bench.
Note: Make sure O-ring is available in the detector block.
16. Re-assemble both the retaining screws in the detector block.
17. Tighten the tube collet.
18. Perform a leak test on the optical bench assembly if leak test fails the measurement cell (glass)
probably hasn’t made a seal with the o-ring in one end of the Optical Bench.
