TRANSCEIVER OPERATIONS
In this chapter you will find all basic transceiver operations.
7.1 Turning ON/OFF the transceiver
Before turning on the device, make sure that the power cable is connected to the AC mains and
the switch on the rear panel of the transceiver is in the "I" position.
To turn on the transceiver, short press the power button -
A short beep will inform that the transceiver is switched On.
The transceiver will start in approximately 30 seconds and will begin to work in normal mode.
To turn off the transceiver, press and hold the power button for about 1 second -
A short beep will inform you that the switch off process is initialized and you can release the
power button.
The transceiver will turn off in approximately 5 seconds.

If for some reason the Windows OS "freezes" and you cannot shut down the transceiver in
the normal way, you should use the following algorithm to force a shutdown of the transceiver.

To force the shutdown of the transceiver press and hold the power button for about 5
seconds -
Warning!
This applies only for the transceivers from the first and the second batches.
i We recommend to turn off the transceiver only with the button, on the
front panel of the transceiver.
i Turn off the transceiver, by turning off Windows in the Start menu, may lead to
malfunctions.
