MAIN SCREEN DESCRIPTION
ANF - Automatic Notch Filter button.
Press the ANF button to enable automatic reduction of the narrowband noises in the filter
bandwidth (noises, carriers, CW signals etc.).
Note:
(
If there are no interference, ANF could slightly affect the reception quality of the desired
signal. Disable ANF , if you don't need it.
DSE - Digital Surround Effect in CW mode.
Press the DSE button to enable Digital Surround Effect (more details in DSP functions ).
APF - Analog Pick Filter button. Analog peak-filter creates the triangle filter's AFC (amplitude-
frequency characteristic) in the filter bandpass.
Press the APF button to enable Analog Pick Filter (more details in DSP functions ).
NB1 - First Noise Blanker button.
Press the NB1 button to enable the first Noise Blanker (more details in DSP functions ).
NB2 - Second Noise Blanker button.
Press the NB2 button to enable the second Noise Blanker (more details in DSP functions ).
Note:

The NB1 and NB2 algorithms are different. Try each of them to reach the best impulse
interference reduction.
(
NB1 and NB2 Noise Blankers can also be used simultaneously.
