Scheduled Events
The Scheduled Events page lists all presentations (in-progress events, upcoming
scheduled events, and presentations that have already taken place) in a calendar format.
Events are listed by date and title. You can see a detailed view about each specific event
from this page. Also, if a recording does not transfer to the designated network server or if
you need to upload the files again, you can initiate a re-upload here.
Information on this page updates every 300 seconds. Click Reload (above the calendar) to
refresh manually. Contents of this page are read-only and displayed for all users.

Display Information About an Event
To display a summary of any event shown in the Scheduled Events calendar:
1. Click on the event. The Event Details dialog opens, displaying the event
identification (ID) number, presentation title, date and time, location, and any notes
available in the metadata for the presentation.
