Step 12: Scale Setup and Calibration
Warning
:
You cannot change the legally related parameter values and calibration after sealing the
instrument in legal usage. Be sure that you have done proper set up for your usage before sealing the scale.
The weighing terminal should be set up and calibrated according to your operation and application. Read this
document carefully and select the parameter values which are convenient for your usage before
programming the instrument.
1. Enable set up and calibration. Refer to section 8 in page 43
2. Set all parameters in setup menu. Save and exit. Refer to section 8.4 on page 44.
3. Perform corner adjustment.
4. Perform calibration. Refer to section 8.5 on page 45.
5. Test the scale accuracy and performance after calibrating the scale.
6. Test peripheral connections before start using the instrument in your system.
Step 13: Use
You may start to use the scale for weighing after setting it up and calibration. We recommend testing your
peripheral interfaces before starting to use the scale in your application.
