Staple Capacity

Note
• When the C3 Finisher Staple Unit 65 Sheets (optional) is installed, at
the maximum of 65 sheets can be stapled. Depending on the paper
type, printouts may not be aligned or stapled properly.
• When using with Folder Unit CD1, Z-fold sheets can be stapled;
however, since one Z-fold sheet of A3 or 11 x 17" paper becomes the
same in thickness as 10 sheets of unfold paper, the maximum number
of Z-fold sheets of A3 or 11 x 17" paper that can be stapled is
reduced.
When converted into unfold sheets of paper that can be stapled, one
Z-fold sheet of A3 or 11 x 17" paper is equivalent to 10 sheets of
unfold paper and one Z-fold sheet of other size of paper is equivalent
to 20 sheets of unfold paper.
If the curl in the paper is very strong, the output paper may not be
stapled properly.
