The EDSFF SSD module is controlled by an onboard controller. For
more information, see the "Intel Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel VROC) User
Guide".
The VMD function has to be enabled in the BIOS.
If the VMD function is disabled in the BIOS, the EDSFF SSD module is
not supported.
CAUTION
All HDD/SSD modules (drives) must be uniquely identified so that they
can be reinstalled in their original bays later. If this is not done, existing
data can be lost.
