5.5 Moving the Origin Point
This function allows you to move the origin point to any desired position.
For the front loading model, rotate the above figure 180 degrees.
SETTING PROCEDURE
1 With the plotter in Ready status, use the POSITION keys to move the pen car-
riage to the new origin point.
2Press the ORIGIN key. The beeper sounds, the LCD displays the “NEW
ORIGIN POINT SET” message for several seconds, and the new origin point is
set.
When the origin is moved after the coordinate axes were rotated
Moving the origin after the coordinate axes were rotated gives the following
results.
For the front loading model, rotate the above figure 180 degrees.
