How to Read Messages (Supervisor)
1. As supervisor (see How to Log in as Supervisor on page 148 ):
Press and type 1 or select the path:
Mailbox
The Mailbox screen is displayed.
2. Select the message to read and press [OK] .
3. Select Delete message to erase the message after you have read it.
How to Delete Messages (User)
1. As a user:
Select or on display

Press and type 8 or select the path:
> Mailbox
The Mailbox screen is displayed.
2. Select the message to be deleted and press [OK] .
3. Select Delete message to erase the message.
