7.2.12 Errors related to data communication and sample barcode reader
1. When a communication error occurs.

cable, host computer, and communication

Check the specification and the connection of
the communication cable.
LAN communication error.
W4520 Incorrect work list information
Check whether work list information for the
host computer is correct.
The received work list
information does not match
specifications.
Check the work list information.

E6200, E6201,
E6210
Communication ERR A communication error has
occurred.

2. Sample barcode reader error.
Error Code Error Message Error Condition Troubleshooting
W5330 Barcode reader not connected
Check the barcode reader connection.
The sample barcode reader is
not connected.
Connect the sample barcode reader to the
USB connector, and then switch the analyzer
off and on.
W5331 Exceeded number of characters from barcode
reader
The number of input characters from the
barcode reader exceeded the capacity.
Barcode label error. Check the barcode label.

W0020 No disposal box
Insert disposal box then press START key.
Measurement was started
with the disposal box pulled
out.
Insert the disposal box completely, and then
start measurement.
E0021 Disposal box open ERR
Disposal box opened during measurement.
Close Disposal box and run the tests from the
beginning.
The disposal box was open
during measurement.
Close the disposal box, and then start
measurement again from the beginning.
W0022 Disposal box full
Disposal box became full of slides and tips.
Discard slides and tips to empty the box when
measurement is not in progress.
The disposal box is full of
slides and tips.
While a measurement is not being performed,
dispose of slides and tips in the disposal box.
NOTE: When there are 150 slides or 75 tips
in the disposal box, this error occurs. If the
disposal box is pulled out, it is determined
that the slides and tips were discarded, and
the disposal count is reset. Always empty the
disposal box after pulling it out.
E0080 Sample tip sensor ERR
